BACKGROUND
LandTech began with the desire to provide others with the experience and know-how gleaned from years of work in the public park and recreation industry. Taking knowledge from the coordination of maintenance activities of built projects allows LandTech to better understand maintenance constraints, the desire to provide cost-effective design, and log term sustainability - including keeping a lid on maintenance costs.

PHILOSOPHY
LandTech is a full service Landscape Architecture firm specializing in park and recreational facility planning. Principal of the firm is John Vann, a registered landscape architect and with experience as a Director of Parks and Planning for 18 years. LandTech prides itself in our approach to site planning - a method that directs, rather than dictates the planning process. Input from as many sources during the process is crucial to develop a thorough understanding of the project, and to obtain public support.  We invest the public, staff, and key organization members to insure all aspects of the design have been considered.
